Michelle Beckett

Ensuring that you connect with the right people first time and generate truly effective sales contacts in a matter of minutes, Michelle is seen as one of the UK’s leading experts on LinkedIn® and was one of the first million members back in 2004. Her total LinkedIn network reach currently extends to over 17 million individuals. LinkedIn was her primary method of sourcing new business, marketing and finding candidates for her successful headhunting company, and for 12 years she carried out searches for many of the world’s major brands. Michelle is a graduate of the University of Lancaster, and has trained and consulted extensively on LinkedIn across the UK. Outside of LinkedIn and social media, Michelle enjoys treading the boards with her local amateur musical society. She teaches drama occasionally and also enjoys an addiction to iPhone apps, running, walking, debating, and reading New Scientist. The rest of the time she can be found singing and dancing at home with her three daughters. |
Steve Phillip

Helping you to communicate your sales messages more effectively and promote your personal brand image with more clarity, Steve brings a wealth of experience to help you engage with others to form strong business relationships and then influence those same individuals to do business with you, skills that are essential if you are to get the most from LinkedIn. A recognised expert in the area of personal branding and motivational coaching, Steve also has 12 years of leadership and management consultancy experience and until May 2007, was a director of the successful international leadership training organization, The Blue Water Partnership. Prior to this, he held various senior management positions in the Automotive Industry both in the UK and in North America. Outside of work, Steve is a keen road cyclist and is looking for a new adventure following his participation in the Legends of the Alps challenge last September, when he was part of a team that raised in excess of £150,000 for Macmillan Cancer Support. He can often be spotted in lycra, hurtling way too quickly down some of the Yorkshire hills and gasping up the other side. |
Jillaine Hudson

Jillaine’s real role at Linked2Success is ‘Head of Stuff & Things’, an extremely important job as she is effectively the glue that holds everything together. Her past career as a web developer, together with a thorough knowledge of systems and process implementation, means that we can manage the most complex of social media training & managed service programmes for any size of organisation. More recently her role as a researcher for a headhunting company meant that using LinkedIn to source candidates in fields as varied as Oil & Gas and Financial Services was a daily occurrence. From client support services to sending your course joining instructions, Jillaine has a range of creative skills which we are using to improve the quality of services that we deliver to our clients. And of course having an MSc in Geographical Information Systems means she is also great at telling us where to go! Outside of work Jillaine's young son keeps her busy but when she does get some spare time she loves reading a good book and crocheting. |
